Dhruva Space Private Limited is looking for a Merchandising Coordinator who will work in the PR, Communications & Marketing team to undertake whatever basic tasks are required to ensure the smooth running of the Marketing production processes.

This role, located at the Company’s Headquarters in Hyderabad, provides the opportunity to gain vital experience and knowledge of the Marketing production process, as well as the opportunity to work with one of India’s leading private Space companies.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working closely with PR, Communications & Marketing team to undertake marketing and merchandising tasks
• Collaborating with manufacturers, suppliers and distributors to negotiate prices, quantities and time scales, while maintaining positive working relationships with various vendors
• Maintaining an inventory of the Company’s Marketing inventory
• Ensuring seamless deliveries of Marketing inventory for the Company

• Have a growing network of trusted vendors who work in printing, booth fabrication, and other marketing-related industries
• Be punctual, professional, communicative and amiable in the workplace;
• Possess quick-thinking and problem-solving skills, or be willing to learn the same
• Work efficiently under limited supervision
• Have a valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma with knowledge of Spreadsheet, Invoicing processes
• Positive experience working in retail or as an office assistant
• Work on-site at Dhruva Space’s Hyderabad office with the team
