Role overview and responsibilities

Dhruva Space is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Associate in Human Resources to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting internal HR operations, implement effective feedback mechanisms, oversee talent acquisition processes and contribute to HR marketing initiatives. This role requires a swift go-getter with an optimistic attitude, strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of human resources practices with a passion of fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsbilities include but are not limited to:

  • ‍Internal Management: Collaborate with the senior HR and Operations management team to implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Lead and contribute to internal communication initiatives, ensuring timely and transparent information dissemination. Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and team building initiatives.
  • Feedback Mechanism: Assist in designing and implementation of feedback mechanisms to assess employee satisfaction, performance and well-being. Help analyse feedback data to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, internal events and employee relations. Assist in compliance of relevant labour laws, company policies, and industry standards. Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with Dhruva Space's PR, Comms & Marketing team to develop HR marketing strategies that enhance the employer brand and attract top talent. Craft compelling job descriptions, social media posts, and other promotional materials to showcase company's culture and values.Actively participate in recruitment events, facilitate campus interviews, and participate in networking opportunities to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
Candidate requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in Human Resource or a degree in Psychology is an added plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google sheets and other presentation apps is a must along with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) google suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven experience as an HR professional with a focus on internal management, feedback mechanisms and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
