Role overview and responsibilities

Dhruva Space is looking for a Business Operations Support Associate to join our Growth Operations Department. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our back-end business development operations. This position involves handling mailings, preparing regulatory reports, responding to regulatory inquiries, generating invoices and quotations, compiling sales summaries, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing End User License Agreements (EULAs), and maintaining thorough documentation. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

This role, located at the Company’s Headquarters in Hyderabad, provides the opportunity to gain vital experience and knowledge of the Business Development processes, as well as the opportunity to work with one of India’s leading private Space companies.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Mailings and Communications: Prepare and manage mailings, and handle routine and ad-hoc email communications efficiently and professionally.
  • Regulatory Reporting and Compliance: Compiling and submit reports to regulatory authorities on time, and respond to regulatory inquiries and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Financial Operations: Generating and manage invoices and quotations, while preparing detailed Sales summaries.
  • Documentation and SOP Compliance: Ensuring all operational activities adhere to established SOPs, and maintaining and updating comprehensive documentation for all processes.

Candidate requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
  • Strong organisational skills with precise attention to detail;
  • Effective written and communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively;
  • Experience with invoice and quotation generation;
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role;
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude; and
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
