Thank you for your child’s interest in engaging with Dhruva Space Private Limited. As a leader in full-stack Space-engineering solutions, we are committed to fostering the next generation of Space enthusiasts and engineers while ensuring the highest standards of digital safety and data privacy.

In compliance with our Terms of Use (Section 7: Children Under Eighteen) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA 2023), we require verifiable parental consent before collecting or processing any personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

Purpose of This Form

• Inform: We collect the following Personal Data of the minor—Full name, age, email address, and phone number—for the purpose of registering and verifying eligibility to access Dhruva Space's educational and space-technology resources on the AstraView platform.
• Verify: We verify the identity of the minor and their parent/legal guardian through OTP-based authentication to confirm legal permission to engage with our satellite and space-technology resources, in compliance with DPDPA 2023 Section 9.
• Protect: The minor's Personal Data will be stored securely on servers located within India and will be retained for the duration of the minor's active engagement with the platform, and deleted within 30 days of account closure or withdrawal of parental consent. The data will not be shared with any third party except our technology platform service providers who are contractually bound by data protection obligations. It will not be used for profiling, tracking, or any commercial purpose.

Our Commitment to You

Dhruva Space does not "track" or "profile" minors for commercial purposes. Any data shared is used solely for the educational or professional evaluation of the applicant. You have the right to review, update, or request the deletion of your child’s information at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at dpo@dhruvaspace.com
